I've felt that the last three seasons especially of TUF have become staler and STALER with the same old concept of MW and LWs or LHWs and WWs and a bunch of touchy guys who get too drunk and cry and feel homesick, and I just got to thinking that maybe after another season of the same old same old, like the very next one after USA vs. The UK or maybe even during, but maybe it's time to dust off the COMEBACK?

Here's what I'm thinking, invite 32 former UFC fighters looking for another shot at the big time. This time, have the top 32 live in one or two houses, like the same old, and the winners of the overall tournament gets a title shot like before.

But here's the TWIST that I'm thinking. This time, have there be fighters from 4 weightclasses and have 4 coaches who have two fighters from each weight class.

I know it sounds convoluted, but imagine having the top 4 UFC champions(Brock, Rashad, Anderson and GSP) and have them coach 8 men, two of which could possibly compete against them in the future.

I know it sounds REALLY messy, but I think it has the possibility of having so many names and former fighters and a little bit of a new twist could end up with a huge rating and could just spice up a little stale concept.

I don't know, hell, make it air over two nights, but I think that the star power and the twists would be cool.

Think about it:

TEAM LESNAR
HWs:
Ricco Rodriguez
Assuerio Silva
LHWs:
Sean Salmon
Edwin DeWees
MWs:
Falaniko Vitale
Carlos Newton
WWs:
Renato Verissimo
Jason Gilliam

TEAM RASHAD
HWs:
Dan Christison
Eddie Sanchez
LHWs:
Kazuhiro Nakamura
Guy Mezger
MWs:
Terry Martin
Jason Lambert
WWs:
Drew Fickett
Jon Koppenhaver

TEAM ANDERSON SILVA
HWs:
Wes Simms
Mike Kyle
LHWs:
Mike van Arsdale
Sam Hoger
MWs:
David Terrell
Joe Riggs
WWs:
Dennis Hallman
Tony DeSouza

TEAM GSP
HWs:
Gan McGee
Marico Cruz
LHWs:
David Heath
Marvin Eastman
MWs:
Phil Baroni
Travis Lutter
WWs:
John Alessio
Tiki Ghosn

I know alot of these guys fight in other promotions, but I think the promise of a title shot and the newer, fresher concept, might just be something new and cool.

Again, I understand that it's convuluted, but I just think that there would be the same drama of TUF, with more star power and a bunch of drama given the guys are "coaching" or training with men, who might have to fight them in the future.

If I may say so myself, I like it!

seems like a really good concept.....don't think DANA or the UFC would go for it, but im sure a bunch of people on this forum would DEFINITELY enjoy this season.....my only question is where's the love for the LW's??!!

rep'd!
