I need help on my wrestling......
I almost made it to state, but lost my match because i did not know what else to do from a cross face.....
All i have going for me is a pretty good cradle and a sloppy cork screw..
If you have any advice, i would love it and thanks in advance!!!!!!
(keep in mind i wrestle guys MUCH bigger than myself)
