If both THQ and EA had equal access to the fighters, maybe both THQ and EA would put more time in other things that really would make one game better than the other (i.e. graphics, options, gameplay, etc.). It'd be sad if EA could put out a better game but didnt have the top level guys on their game due to some bullshit ban.
Would you rather play a mediocre game with big name fighters or a kick ass game with lesser known fighters?
