I don't care what anyone says, Pac man is the one backing out of a fight without any good reason, so he is to blame. His excuse is that he doesn't want to get tested the day of the fight? wtf? because it would weaken him? so what happens when he gets cut in a fight? I lost all respect for Pacman.
