Maybe I missed something, I don't see how Pacquiao cutting alot of weight clears his name. I think the problem is Pacquiao's refusal to take a drug test that every athlete who competes in the Olympics is willing to take even though he was given a bigger grace period than they get. Superstitious or not why not man up take the completely reasonable test and clear your name instead of dragging it threw the mud.
