It's not physically possible to survive one one salad a day, and 3-4 hours of sleep for 20 years. It's not. Simple as that, sleep deprivation, lack of amino acids, starvation pick your poison it's not possible. I want him to get locked in a house full of camera's where one salad will be delivered once a day, and he can only sleep for 3-4 hours a day, and see what kinda shape his in after a month.
