I don't think he was soft he was smart.

Compare that situation with being trapped in an arm bar and tapping- are people soft when they tap?

The comparison between soldiering on in a life and death situation to being in a sporting contest where you have the option of saying no mas we'll do it again in 6-12 is not logical.
