Pacquiao is more popular than Mayweather and has achieved more. I'd also say he's alot less boring than Floyd is. For one, Manny knows how to, as Kenny puts it, finish fights.
'Pretty Boy' needs to man up and take the fight. If he's content with trying to win a war of words then he must not be as good as I think he is.
