There's a pretty big difference in quality of striking and technique between the two and while Rogers is a big, beastly HW who can lumber and bully fighters with his girth and power, Cigano's a big, beastly HW with crisp timing, footwork and well defined boxing who can time a foe's stiking precisely and obliterate them completely with his power. In comparison between the two, I think that Rogers is easily outclassed because Cigano's just got such insight and technique and training to ruin most opponents and Rogers is too much of a brawler. Rogers needs to define his style much better before he gets into a striking battle with somebody with JDS's pedigree....
