This truly is sad news for the world of boxing. Valero was on his way to supremacy while avoiding issues internally and externally. I personally first saw him fight live in February for the first time and immediately became a fan of his style and energy he put into that fight. He could have faced Pacquiao also since their was some reports that Bob Arum was "grooming him for the possible clash"...I really wanted to see him fight again and now that won't happen. You will be missed...RIP Edwin Valero
