Franklin or Silva on the ground is a tough one. Franklin is going to have the strength advantage. I'm not sure on the height comparisons, but Silva might have longer limbs. It's really a toss-up in my opinion. Silva on bottom would do better than Franklin on the bottom IMO, on top Franklin probably wouldn't be worried about submissions he'd just GnP. Silva on top probably the same.
