Agree with what you're saying in your overall post but I would also include Cain in the top p4p if he beats Brock. He has overcome a lot in terms of size and reach in his last few fights, and once again with Brock. He has been beating people impressively as well and uses a wide range of skills. I don't see any reason why he wouldn't be included and for me, he would easily go above a lot of fighters, including Frankie.
