Georges dominated him in the second fight, for sure...but that's hardly an accomplishment pound for pound...he's a LOT bigger then Penn. Edgar--while I wouldn't say it was a "dominant" performance, as it was entirely predicated on scoring points and staying out of danger--beat him convincingly the second fight, and that
is an accomplishment pound for pound, as Penn is significantly bigger than Frankie.
