Why do you say that? Because Condit has never been KO'd or TKO'd. If anything, he has a great chin, because he has taken some serious hits and still stayed in the fight.
I think if this fight goes past the first round, it favors Carlos. And if Hardy does connect,I see Carlos pulling guard and getting the sub, he is very dangerous off his back.
