agreed. if you look at both of their ufc loses (kongo and gg) gg only losed to randy, shcaub, jds, carwin, and werdum. kongo has losed to cain, mir, herring, and marrero (whos been cut from the ufc twice)
now with that, gg hased lost to 3 guys in the hw title picture (4 if you count werdum seeing as he was untill the jds ko) and was a former title challenger. losing 2 in a row isnt good and neither is going 2-3 in your last 5 but losing to jds and carwin out of those 3 imo isnt bad both being heavy in the title pcture.
kongo lost to 2 guys in the hw title picture. hasnt fought for a title and dont see him ever and is a damn dirty fighter. also hes gone 2-2-1 in his last 5. 2 wins over antoni hardonk and paul buentello split by 2 straight loses to cain and mir. and the draw i believe shoud have been another L on his record.
oh well. this sucks for gg. hope he does continue fighting and moves to strikeforce. good match ups their for him. bigfoot/gg would be nice.
Edit: before someone points it out gg 2 wins out of his last 5 aint great either. chris tuchscherer (that kick to the nuts was funny though i know kinda effed but he made that dude puke and freak out on the refs and doctors) and josh hendricks
