Given Rumble's conditioning issues and struggles with weight, you'd think Hardy would try to wear him out and then pick him apart while staying away from the power shots.
If I was Rumble's camp, I'd be putting together a game plan predicated on takedowns early in each round. Hardy has shown that his wrestling is the weakest aspect of his game, and Johnson would be stupid not to exploit that. If he can take Hardy down early and keep him there, he gains opportunites to rest and relax in addition to softening Hardy up. If he can pound on Hardy for two rounds he might slow him down sufficiently to put him away standing in the third.
It really depends on Rumble's gas tank. If he's doing his Mark Coleman impersonation by the end of the first Hardy will fuck him up.
