How is saying you want to fight someone a threat? That's not a threat at all because it doesnt say you are going to impose your will on said person, you just challenged them was all. Saying you are going to beat someones ass or knock their teeth down their throat, that's a threat.

Sorry, but it was a total waste of taxpayer dollars to go track Volkmann down over what he said. There was no threat made.

Kudos to the Secret Service on following protocol like they should of, but C'mon man!
