It's not the suing part I have a problem with. It's the, we are going to disban only to reform later just to accomplish this. They aren't even disbanning if that's the case.
And I'm pretty sure if I went to the owner of the company I work for and said, hey, I'm gonna need to see your books to make sure I'm getting the propper share of the pie, he would tell me to get bent.
