Also didn't rampage go straight to wolfslair after leaving ibarra? there was a big difference between big bear and wolfslair at that time i think that had more to do with the quality of his training partners and new coaches he was just getting used to for a title defense. That was a bad decision on his part also the fact he didn't check a single leg kick the entire fight could be an even bigger reason he dropped the title. |
Yes another camp would love to grab JDS, but does he want to switch camps on the eve of a title fight? Also loosing the Nogs,Silva, and everyone else as a training partner is a huge lose. And Ed might be attached to the camp,kinda like AKA,its one manager and thats tough shit if you dont like it.
Rampage made that choice, Ibarra made him a champion,and kept him hungry,in shape and deadly. Wolfslair was a huge drop,and a good cornerman would of told him to check a leg kick.
