Jericho is a highly intelligent person and is clearly stirring the pot here. Just because Jericho wasn't an actual fighter doesn't mean that "he is nothing". He's a decent musician, someone who is actually pretty funny and widely considered one the better professional wrestlers out there in all facets of professional wrestling (mic work and in ring work).

EDIT: As for the actual question, Lesnar definitely didn't take a dive but he sure doesn't seem to have the heart to be in MMA anymore. He was extremely passive in that fight.
