The Ultimate Fighting Championship Tuesday announced the recipients of the company’s latest quarterly Twitter bonuses, and Cung Le walked away the big winner.

The sanshou stylist (@CungLe185) was awarded two bonuses of $5,000 each, earning nods in both the “most followers” and “biggest percentage of growth” categories.

In addition to Le’s awards, middleweight champion Anderson Silva (@SpiderAnderson), heavyweight champion Junior dos Santos (@Junior_Cigano) and Brendan Schaub (@BrendanSchaub) were each handed $5,000 in the “most followers” category.

Meanwhile, former interim heavyweight titleholder Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira (@MinotauroMMA), Roy Nelson (@RoyNelsonMMA) and Jake Ellenberger (@EllenbergerMMA) joined Le (Pictured) in posting the biggest percentage of follower growth for the quarter.

The UFC also handed out $5,000 awards for the most creative tweeters under the Zuffa umbrella, as Strikeforce talent Tim Kennedy (@TimKennedyMMA), Joseph Benavidez (@JoeB135), Duane Ludwig (@DuaneBangCom) and Pat Barry (@HypeOrDie) were all recognized by the promotion.

The promotion began handing out its quarterly Twitter bonuses in 2011. UFC and Strikeforce fighters are placed in four divisions based on their number of followers at the start of each quarter. Roster members then compete for awards in three categories against peers with a comparable number of followers.
