I would start job shopping... Definitely dont leave without having something lined up in advance. I would go to management and demand a raise (or at least make more money than the punk kid) if they dont give you one, then you walk.
* all of this of course depends on you having another job lined up. If you don't, then dont say shit and continue looking.
