Or get some education that will translate to another company. At this point you rely on a company for your well-being and employment. What happens if the company you are working for goes under? Are your skills universal? Are they enough that you can demand anything above a sub-par wage elsewhere? I've worked many shitty wage slave jobs and have a plan set in place so that I may employ myself.

You are the hero of your own story, if you wish to commit to an upheaval of your life you can. You will get back the energy you put into a well thought-out plan for your life. Education is the solution if you feel like you no longer want to be an unappreciated wage slave.

Money should not be the goal of your existence rather than your own personal happiness.

Guess what just happened to me. My boss sent me an email stating "Hey, didn’t I say Monday, am I not speaking a language you can understand???"

That's copied and pasted lol.

Mo should have replied as I did: "I heard perfectly, the amount of which I cared was insufficient."
Quite hilarious. It is always good to have an employer which can treat you as a human being rather than a tool. Having a boss you can relate to makes for a happy work environment.
