I agree that Rampage "could" easily beat those guys if he was in top form. It is hard not to see that, at his best he has great hands and wrestling. But we dont know if we will see him Motivated, you just never know. Still an un-motivated, under trained rampage still beats anybody out of the top10 and even some in it.
If he ditches wolfs-lair and gets a legit team behind him and improves his skills and sharpens his tools, instead of regressing like he has, then Ill be confident in him.

No way in hell randy at his best would beat Rampage or Machida at their best... They both have top notch TDD and randy isnt fast coming in. Machida would keeps his distance and fuck him up from the outside and rampage would overpower him and land that big shot.
