| M-1 Global Official Calls M-1 Champion Vinny Magalhaes ‘an Unemployed Gigolo Stalker’ M-1 Global Official Calls M-1 Champion Vinny Magalhaes ‘an Unemployed Gigolo Stalker’ Quote:
Kogan described Magalhaes — his organization’s reigning light heavyweight champion — as “Douche Bigalow Fighting Gigolo” and “an unemployed gigolo stalker homophobe fighter” while ending many of his tweets with “#butthurtforvinny2012” and “#unemploymentisnotshameful.”
For his part, Magalhaes didn’t hold back either, calling his former boss a “fancy boy” and repeatedly accusing him of spending his time “anal bleaching.” In response to Kogan calling him unemployed, Magalhaes replied “I’m not unemployed you piece of sh-t, I just decided to quit my sh-tty job to move on to a better one.”
Magalhaes has been training consensus #2 middleweight Chael Sonnen in preparation for his upcoming UFC 148 rematch with UFC Middleweight Champion Anderson Silva on July 7. A highly-regarded Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu expert, Magalhaes has been promising his Twitter followers Sonnen will win the bout against Silva via submission.
Mixed martial arts blogger Front Row Brian further instigated the exchange between Magalhaes and Kogan, tweeting out Kogan’s personal email account and cell phone number earlier today and encouraging MMA fans to contact him directly.
The ongoing beef between Magalhaes and Kogan stems from a contract dispute which — according to Magalhaes — has M-1 Global “keep[ing] me under contract just to f-ck with me.”
Magalhaes says that, though he’s fulfilled his contractual obligations to M-1 Global, the organization has “right to exclusive negotiation” and “right-to-match period” clauses embedded in its champions’ contracts, meaning he will not fully be free to sign with and fight for another organization until July. If he were to seriously entertain any offers before then, M-1 Global would have the right to match them and re-sign him.
