Zombie vs Hioki does make sense. But I don't think Zuffa can afford to start eliminating contenders at 145lbs. They were practically begging Frank Edgar to cut weight because they were desperate only a few months ago.

It's hard to know if Hioki's in the doghouse for turning down that fight. True, he would have been in the good graces of management, but it's not Hioki's fault that the Brazilian stadium show fell apart. But Hioki and his management better not start calling out Aldo for a title shot anytime soon if they know what's good for them.
