And where exactly are you getting this nugget of information from? Seeing as how it was pretty clearly stated by the CSAC that Sonnen had an illegal level of synthetic testosterone in his blood, and he was well above the range allowed for a TRT user, I'm calling bullshit.

The CSAC doesn't bust people on having high T/E ratio's, that is just a warning sign that signals them to take more tests. It just so happens that when someone's T/E ratio is that out of wack, they ALWAYS test positive for something else, because it's just not possible for someone to have a 16:1 T/E ratio naturally.
