Rose broke a cardinal rule that no matter how you look at it taints his image and accolades. I don't think he's ever been completely forthright about it either. I'd be ok with him being acknowledged for his records but not in there as a player.
As far as Frank being in there is concerned wish he had of been able to stay in the UFC a little longer but the money issues came up and ruined that. Had he got a few more fights in there would be no way to deny him a spot.
