It's tough because Munoz has a 4 fight win streak against stiff competition including Leben, Maia, Dollaway, and Simpson. And with Lombard, he is on a 20 fight win streak, but with lesser known or skilled guys... So when it comes to deserving, I think Munoz has won enough fights to earn the title shot.

Probably Hector Lombard since he is a beast, no doubt about it. I think he poses a much more dangerous threat than Munoz, since Munoz is almost like Chael, but not as good... (Munoz couldn't get through Okami, but Chael did)

I'd be fine with it, but I'd rather see him fight again at LHW a couple of more times and see how he fairs against top LHW talent. I really want to see Silva vs Jones. That's a true dream match.
