Cool man, thanks for the response. I know that losing large amounts of weight is more deterimental to smaller guys because the loss is a higher percentage of their overall bodyweight, but is 14-19lbs too much to be using at around 145lbs, in your opinion? I plan on losing another 7lbs by exercise to get to around 149lbs, and the other 8 (ish) by cutting water.
