A few things.
I think Rousey should agree to the catchweight if cyborg agrees to the follicle testing. Often, these statements are opening gambits and bear little resemblance to what occurs after negotiation and compromise.
I don't think Rousey ducked the 145 division because of Cyborg. I think she wanted to be a champion, and realized 135 was not only a shorter road, but a more optimal fit once she got there.
I do not want to hear her continue to call out Cyborg at 135 but I do agree with everything about PED testing. I'd even take it a step further: I think fighter suspensions for juicing should be reduced to 6 months. But I think they should get 3 years of VADA or follicle testing thereafter. And I think it should be at their expense. And if they fail again, boom, goodbye.
I also think people are in error about cyborg, I'm pretty sure she competed at 135 when she was younger, in that samurai storm minor league stuff, and in EXC. I remember doing more research when she first came on my radar, trying to see if you could trace changes in her physiology from her earlier career. Like many people, I remain convinced that she is a hardcore PED abuser. I understand she got popped for wistrol, a cutting agent, but most people who are looking for an edge that use PED's to bulk up are going to use an edge to cut weight as well. I feel she just got tested at the wrong time of year to illustrate the other shit she was on. Just my opinion.
Anyway, I'd like to see the fight. I don't think it should be immediate, as cyborg has to shake ring-rust and get some PR respect back. But I think it should happen, provided there is a ton of testing involved.
