185 and 205(203 I cant remember what their actual class was) champion at the same time.. nobody else has done anything even close to that. Big wins over big names across 3 weight classes, a resume of nothing but top notch opponents...

Anderson Silva beat Sakurai at 170 when he was one of the p4p best, what he's done at 185 is obvious, and he beat Griffin right after Griffin lost the belt at 205. I don't know why but people always ignore the fact that Silva fought a large part of his career at 170.
