What's better for the artist? Paying 1-2 dollars a song for the small portion of an album instead of the 20-25 for the CD or pirating and allowing 0 revenue to the artist? Bars pay a few hundred, I believe. That's why I have always wondered how they incorporate it into the buyrate numbers. I do believe that the UFC charges based on capacity of the bar or restaurant.

The latter idea of people not wanting to incriminate or open themselves to the criticism of others is true.
