Rape jokes are funny and so are spousal abuse/domestic violence jokes. Everything is fair game in comedy. With that said, he is not a comedian and there are consequences for actions and if he actually said this (apparently he didnt) then he shouldnt be surprised if/when Dana fired him.
Bottom line, IMO if its funny... its fair game, regardless of the topic.
