Maybe I'm splitting hairs but "elevated testosterone" and "banned substances" are two distinctly different ways to fail a drug test. We may never know because Shields copped to it, and the commission doesn't release results.
Would be crazy if he was on that Winston (aka Winstrol) or something artificial rather than elevated T which he could blame on a doctor's mistake.
