"Honestly it has to be," Fitch told Bleacher Report in regard to the next chapter of his career. "If this fight doesn't go the way I need it to, I'm kind of at a loss of what to do next. Losing fights is not paying the bills. It is not really an option for me to go out there and not perform well or not put on a good show. I'm really looking for the 'Fight of the Night' bonus. That is something which is really going to put some distance between me and financial problems."

^^^^ What is Fitch trying to say here? To me when i first read this it came off like if i dont win this fight im done with fighting. He said if it doesnt go the way he needs it to that hes at a loss for what to do next....would anyone else be surprised if fitch called it quits if he lost to silva? i mean really what else is left for him at WW if he did lose? He wont ever fight GSP again, lost to Silva (if that happens), lost to Hendricks...it would be hard to sell Fitch vs any top contenders anymore imo so would he be the new 170 gatekeeper?

i expect fitch to just come out and try to grind his way to a victory, like he does everytime
