Its not just you. I think I said it in response to all this superfight blather before, but if you have 2 fights consecutively out of your weight class, you should forfeit your belt. Overeem gets ragged on about his situation with the SF hw title, but this wouldnt be a lot different. Its still a guy, holding a belt, and not defending it.
So the UFC calls him up and asks him to help save a card... offer for him to fight at LHW, because he might not be in shape 3 weeks out... They should hold that against him?
Also Dana is very interested in Anderson fighting GSP or Jones... Those fights dont happen without the UFC's approval... especially fights that big, champion vs. champion fight...
then they strip him of his belt...
Anderson doesnt make the fights... If they ask him to fight at MW and defend his belt, and he doesnt it is a different story... Anderson may complain about fighting certain opponents, but he ends up fighting them, that is what matters.
