I'm not asking you a next question. It's pretty clear that you want your boy to get a squash match.
I'm not saying the fact that Serra got to fight GSP [or an overweight Lutter got to fight Anderson] were ever justified, they weren't; and at the time it was nonsense. But it's the best of a bad situation: My point was that there are more variables in MMA than there are in other combat sports, so it's at least slightly more interesting than it could be, otherwise.
But that doesn't justify sonnen/Jones, it just makes an utter fail of an idea into a D-.
