LOL dude why are you trying to put words in my mouth? I could careless if he holds the title for the next 5 to 10 years if he DEFENDS IT. Its not a piece of jewelry, its not something you bling out or hold onto for ever and ever. That belt is meant for the current best fighter in that division and holding that belt u are meant to defend it. And Silva is simply saying he doesnt want to defend it.. but wants to take time off and maybe do a super fight a year and a half later. Thats not what the belts about.. and if thats what he plans on doing then he needs to be stripped of it.
