Carlos did some good damage and went after GSP for most of the fight... Carlos was very active off of his back and kept GSP on his toes...

George also looked WAY more aggressive than he typically is... He was going for big GNP and was willing to exchange with Condit on feet in the early part of the rounds... He hit Carlos with some nice jabs and right hands.

I didnt like how GSP wouldnt go for the finish in the past, playing it "safe" as some would say... I think he is guilty of that in a few fights, but not most of his fights...

the Fitch and Alvez fights were phenomenal displays. While the Shields and Hardy fights were hard to watch.




Would you consider him needing a "year to prepare" a Madonna move?
Properly putting on weight to be competitive against a guy 40 lbs bigger is conditioning. Filming a B class movie with Steven Segal and "sitting out" because you dont feel like defending your belt is a Madonna move. And being a bit of a schmuck if you ask me. I can see how comparing the two would make sense in your mind tho....
