Well let's see. Stefan is two wins, possibly even one big win away from a title shot hypothetically. Kongo isn't top 10, maybe top 15 and that may be stretching it. Stefan is top 10 without a doubt. So if he's fighting a fighter who is ranked lower than he is (or higher depending on how you read it) then that is a step back.
