Eddie Murphy, Dave Chapplle, Damon Wayans, all had comedy skits playing a homeless person. Now it's a big deal? 3 decades worth of homeless jokes and people are mad at Dana White? LOL.
FYI, I was flipping through the channels last week and saw Dr. Phil doing a show on treatment of the homeless in Las Vegas, saying people treat them like dirt. They had one of their guys pretend to be homeless, some were nice, some told him to get a job. Regardless, he made a little over 20 bucks an hour begging for money. That's more than I make. |
Honestly, I think it has to do more with the divide between the rich and the poor than his actions. A rich businessman - especially a president of a billion dollar corporation - portraying a homeless guy while harmless still comes off as pompous anyway you look at it. It's nothing that should ruin your day, but it shows the level of class that he has.
