I think Bisping wins this. Vitor's a southpaw and isn't known for his right hook so Bisping's tendency to circle to his left isn't as big a risk compared to fighting an orthodox guy with a big right hand. Bisping can use kicks to keep his distance and will find a home for his crisp straight right once Vitor starts to slow. He'll probably mix in some takedowns to tire Vitor out and cement rounds: his top game is good enough to stay out of trouble and he'll be on alert for submissions after Vitor nearly caught Jones.
Bisping by UD, with Vitor looking pretty beat up but not really damaged at the end. Soares will immediately claim that Bisping is the number one contender, with the unspoken implication being that Weidman and Boetch can go and literally fuck their own faces.
