That is Current Score and represents fighter’s current level in relation to all other fighters.
That same number is used for ranking inside the weight category and for p4p.
Also, this number is used to compare fighters from the past with the current fighters.
It is calculated for all fighters weekly.

That score also shows how dominant somebody is.
If there are only couple of points difference between two fighters, that is like they could be swapped.
