I don't know if I can say "all time", since he isn't relevant enough to even be in that category. Vitor Belfort will absolutely earn that title if Bisping beats him. I definitely feel this guy is overrated though. No matter how many of his fights I watch online or highlight videos, I just don't see anything special about him that makes him stand out amongst the rest.
