^IDK the back of the head is pretty vulnerable, especially with someone like Vitor.

They made Akiyama and Franklin both go out cold...the thing is they were both face down also and he just pounded right on the back of their head, he may not have exactly been trying to do it, but I don't think he was worried at all.

But the way Bisping cheated was just so blatant...
