It's a tough call, but I can't speak for Season 2, cause I missed that season.

I got into TUF about midway season one. But I'd have to say This last season was pretty good over all w/ Season 1 having the best Season Finale. Is that fair?

I am going to have to say either season one or season 5 which just happened. Both were very entertaining with one or no boring episodes.

Unfortunately, I haven't had the chance to watch either season 4 or season 5 of TUF but given how dissapointing season 4 was reputed to be, I'm going to have to tip my hat toward season 1.

It was the first time this was happening in the UFC and it was all 'new' to an extent, ya know?

Not to mention, the whole Leben-smash crap was pretty damn funny. :D

I think I would have to go with season 1 being the best. Season 1 helped to jump start the UFC and MMA in the US. There have always been hardcore fans that have watched all the events, but now we have recreational fans that have added a much needed lift in money.

The fighters from season 1 are amongst the top that have come out of any of the series and the Finale with Bonnar and Griffin was one of the top fights in the last few years.

IMO, We would not be able to see matchups or the fighters such as CroCop, Rampage, Hendo, Minotauro, Fedor (hopefully soon), Shogun (again hopefully soon), if it wasn;t for the popularity of season 1.

Season 5 had the best fights IMO.

These seasons were by far the best,...and fighters are now panning out and competing well in the UFC

The best season would have to be the 1st! The Griffin v Bonner finale was sick, I still watch it! The finale this year was a dud between Diaz and Gamburyan-Manny would have won if his shoulder didn't pop-what a kick in the :banghead: I thought Pulver held his own pretty well, Penn's good, but I would like to see him go against Sherk.

Talent wise, the first was the best.

Entertainment wise, I like the third season. Hammill is such a dumbshit that I find him very entertaining.

The first easily, most people hated the fourth but I actually kinda liked it

and TUF 6 is shaping up to be good (Many Rumored Participants are undefeated, and one has fought in PRIDE)

I liked 2 and 4 alot. But thats because some of my favorite fighters were in those seasons. The most fun to watch was probably season 1. Those dudes were crazy. Season 3 might have had the best talent.

Screw it, I liked them all. If I have a least favorite it would have to be this past season. I thought they edited the crap outta this season in order to exploit certain people and situations. (except for Gabe, they should have exploited that butt lovin, cake suckin bitch all the way).

Season 1 was by far the best. I have been watching Season 2 for the second time this week and its definitely less entertaining than Season 1. I would say:
1) Season 1
2) Season 5
3) Season 4
4) Season 2
5) Season 3

I've been watching UFC since UFC 6 but I only started watching TUF when season 2 was on TV, once that had finished i bought season one on DVD, have to say talent wise of all the seasons that 1 comes out on top. You've got Forrest Griffin, Diego Sanchez, Kenny Florian, Chris Leben, Josh Koscheck, Mike Swick, yeah you've got Nate Quarry, Stephan Bonnar and Sam Hogar but i don't really rate them. Quarry was overrated from the start.

For entertainment value i'd have to go for Season 3, that was just some funny sh!t !!!

Season 2 had some ok fights in it but the challenges made it suck.

Season 4 it was like there weren't enough personalities.

Season 5 was good but like someone posted before it was edited too much.

lol i agree completely i dont know how many laughs i got out of Matt Hammil with his wooting and shit. One of my friends that doesnt watch MMA actually asked me if Matt was retarded when I had the show on.

i would say season 1 just because of the talent that came out of it but on a side note i think diaz would have won the final b/c he had bad first rounds in most of his fights on the show but go subs in the second and he did bad against hill but got him

I liked season 2 and season 3, I keep picturing luke cummo being thought of as the weirdo(and he still is unfortunately), then he went on to knock out everyone...except Joe daddy.

I never really watched season 1, but they do have the best fighters right now. That might also have to do with having more in cage face time since the start of the show. Entertainment wise - season 3. Season 5 was good but had a lackluster ending due to the injury.

Given, I haven't seen every season, but TUF 3 was great.

Season one was probably the best.
Season 2 was dogshit due to the fact that Eli quit before it even started, the one WW didnt make weight so he got eliminated, then Kerry gets injured and leaves, then Burkman gets injured and Von Flue came in. Not to mention nobody could finish a fight. end rant...
Season 3 was ok too because of the coaches.

Quarry was never over rated . He was just to small for 205 i dont think he would have won but he was for sure the 3rd best a 205 in the house there is a reason he was the first guy from TUF to get a title shot . Even if he went down like a tree ( and cost me some cash )
any how my picks 1 & the comeback show .

Season one as I watched every show wanting to see what happend, plus the fighters didn't know what to expect. Now to many try to hard to make a name for themselves putting up a false front. People like Julie, and Gabe ruined it a lot

quary was a middleweight on the show(leben replaced him when he got hurt) even though he was probably bigger then swick who was a light heavyweight

Season 5 has to be the best.
Cole Miller, Joe Lauzon, Manny Gamburyan, Matt Wiman, Gray Maynard, and Nate Diaz.

Gabe Ruitiger
Backyard fight
BJ mocking a crying Andy Wang, then kicking him off the team altogether.
nate vs. karo.
Dana's rant to Andy Wang
Wayne weems
Ping pong game.

Season 1 was the most successful imo. It was not only fresh but produced some champion level fighters that remain to be in the UFC. MMA was truly brought to TV.

Season 3 was equally entertaining more so that they brought reality TV to MMA with the intense altercations between Shamrock and Ortiz.

I can't say that I favor one over the other.
