I am thinking of taking a yoga class. Its 1 time a week for 2 months... What are people opinions on that to add to there regular workout for health benefits? Does it help relax? Stretch? I am actually not sure what yoga does.

Yogas main benefits will be

* improving your breathing while doing other shit (great for grappling)

* Improved flexibility (again good for BJJ)

* Meeting flexible women

I've never done yoga, but I assume it would help your balance as well.

I do Yoga every Saturday....it's great!
