thanks for the link.

Generally you can find 1-2 great pieces of training info in a well written article. They are all worth a read (for the most part)

A lot of the articles there are garbage, but the forums are a great source of info if you stay out of the bullshit sections.

Ross is a beast! I borrowed his book "infinite intensity" and it is definitely worth it.

Yeah I have to get back into his program. On top of being a beast at what he does he is extremely helpful. If you have any questions you can post them on his forum or email him and he will personally respond in a fairly short amount of time.

Don't beat yourself up too bad. His workouts were intense. The workout finishers were killer.

Check out http://www.t-nation.com/ as an alternative to bodybuilding.com.

I work in the fitness industry and have personally tried and applied some of Ross' material. Very good stuff!! I would recommend it over either of the above sites.

Another product site for fitness is ihpfit.com. This guy is a heavyweight in the fitness industry. He's Monson's trainer, and he recently came out with some combat products. Good stuff that mixes weight training, functional exercises, and strength into great circuits.

Here's another great fitness and training website: Synergy Boot Camp: Boot Camp Home (http://www.synergybootcamp.com)
It's just hardcore hard work and it applies a great deal of workout templates to use as well.

Another one: Gym Jones - Power, Speed, Endurance, Suffering and Salvation (http://www.gymjones.com)
These guys trained the actors from the movie 300. The ideals here are great, but definitely hardcore too. I love it! :)
