Ok, so it's not always but it seems like whenever the fighters on the TUF go somewhere to eat, it's to a sushi restraunt. Maybe I'm just forgetting the other times and only remembering when Tito took his team out and then when they went out on the show last night. The first season they went to the hardrock (I believe) but every other time (that I can remember) it's always been sushi. Anyway, anyone have any ideas why? Something to do with their diets? Maybe the sushi mafia has something on Dana?:D And yes I already know that this is a pointless thread so there's no need to point that out.:D

Well for 1 I think it has a lot to do with the culutre in which martial arts originated plus its way healthier then eating a double bacon cheeseburger haha.

when training hardcore for MMA, sushi is one of the best things you can eat.

no useless carbs, very little fat, no grease

^^^Those are both very sensible reasons for eating sushi, or it could be because they want to show what cosmopolitan kinda guys they really are.

There is something to do with their diet, because in sushi you can consumed a lot of protein and energy. even tito ortiz recomend this as part of his diet.

I prefer boneless skinless chicken stirfry. Almost no fat, no carbs aside from the vegetables which are low-glycemic, low calories, and tons of protein. Screw fish.
